What exactly is a "token"?+

A token is our unit of compute. Generating a photo costs 5 tokens, and every AI edit — camera angle, expand, retouch, background replace — is also 5. Local tools like crop, upscale and background remove are free. Each plan shows how many photos that buys you in plain language.

Do unused monthly tokens roll over?+

Monthly tokens reset on your billing day — they're designed to keep usage active. Top-up packs you buy separately are valid for 12 months and stack on top of your monthly allowance.

Can I use the images commercially?+

Yes — full commercial rights on every plan, including the free tier. Use them in ads, marketplaces, packaging, and printed marketing.

What model is behind this?+

Nano Banana 2 (NB2) — our proprietary image generation pipeline, purpose-built for commercial product photography.

Where do my uploads and outputs live?+

On Cloudflare R2 with signed display URLs and TLS in transit. Your data is never used for training. Delete a project and every related asset is erased.

What if a generation fails?+

We auto-retry up to 3 times. If NB2 still errors, the spent tokens are returned to your balance and you get a notification.
