Privacy
We collect only what we need to run your account and generate your images: your email and name from sign-in, the product photos and briefs you upload, and the visuals we produce for you.
Your uploads and generated images are yours. We use them to deliver the service and improve reliability — we do not sell your data or your images, and we do not use your private uploads to train public models.
You can export or delete your projects at any time. Deleting your account removes your images and personal data from active systems.
Terms of Service
You keep full commercial rights to the images you generate and may use them across your store, ads, and social channels.
You are responsible for having the rights to any product photos, logos, or talent likenesses you upload. Don't upload content you're not allowed to use.
Tokens power generation and editing. Failed generations are auto-refunded after retries. Plans can be cancelled any time; unused subscription tokens expire at the end of the billing period.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
Authentication is handled through trusted sign-in providers — we never store your password.

GDPR
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing.
We act as the data processor for the content you upload and the data controller for your account details. We only process data to provide the service you asked for.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@visualstudio.ai — we handle requests within 30 days.
